Project Scope
Add two bedrooms, two bathrooms, storage and office space above existing three car garage while also converting two existing bedrooms and a bathroom into a new primary suite
Responsibilities
-Lead design of new floor plan, cabinetry layout and design, millwork, flooring and tile details
-Produce all drawings required to estimate and complete job
-Create detailed build drawings for fabricators to construct cabinetry and produce millwork
-Assist in developing project finishes and selections
